1. Using the services
These terms cover your use of the Zebrosoft website and development previews made available by Zebrosoft. By using them, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. App distribution may carry additional terms presented at the time of release, including applicable Apple terms.
These services are intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for using them lawfully and for having authority to enter or share information about other people.
2. Development and availability
Product descriptions, screenshots, and videos show development previews and illustrative sample data. Features, supported devices, availability, and screens may change. Public download links and pricing have not been announced. This website does not accept subscriptions, orders, or payments.
Some features require compatible devices, operating systems, connectivity, permissions, Apple accounts, or third-party services. Preview features may be incomplete or unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; we do not promise uninterrupted operation.
3. Your records and account access
You retain responsibility for the information you enter and share. Keep it accurate, review important records, keep suitable backups, and protect access to your devices and any connected accounts. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use. Use sample data to explore workflows before relying on personal records.
Shared information may be visible to other family members or recipients you select. Confirm the audience before sharing or exporting. Removing access does not necessarily remove copies already made by others.
4. Ledger and mileage tools
Zebro Ledger is a recordkeeping and planning tool, not a bank, payment provider, lender, broker, or financial adviser. Zebro Mile Tracker is a mileage-record tool. Neither product supplies individualized financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice.
Balances, calculations, estimates, route distances, classifications, and reports depend on input and available device or service data. Verify them against your original records. Tracking can be affected by permissions, signal, battery settings, and device behavior. No deduction, reimbursement, savings amount, or financial outcome is guaranteed.
5. Family care
Zebro Family helps organize care among people you choose. It is not a childcare agency, sitter marketplace, employer, background-check service, or emergency service. It does not assess a caregiver’s qualifications or supervise care.
Adults are responsible for choosing caregivers, confirming arrangements, agreeing on compensation, protecting children’s information, and complying with applicable requirements. Reminders and calendar records are organizational aids; confirm important plans directly. Payments happen separately from the app.
6. Ownership and acceptable use
Zebrosoft’s software, branding, website design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access the site and use any provided app under the applicable license for its intended purpose. Your own records remain yours.
Do not use the services unlawfully, access another person’s information without authorization, disrupt the services, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent an affiliation with Zebrosoft. These terms do not restrict rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Third-party services, including Apple services, are governed by their own terms. Apple, iPhone, iPad, and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc.; no sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
7. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and development previews are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You should not rely on them as the sole record of financial, travel, payment, or care arrangements.
To the extent permitted by law, Zebrosoft is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate user input, missed records or reminders, third-party service interruptions, or care and payment arrangements made between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the services develop and will revise the date above. Any additional purchase or subscription terms will be shown before a transaction is offered.
Our public support contact will be listed on the support page before the apps are released. The app previews are not currently offered for public download.
