1. What this policy covers
This policy describes the Zebrosoft marketing website and the current development previews of Zebro Ledger, Zebro Mile Tracker, Zebro Family, Relay, Assign, and Camp. Features differ by product and release. Public app downloads and connected services are not yet generally available; this policy will be updated when those services change.
2. This website
You can browse without creating an account. This site has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, marketing cookies, newsletter database, or embedded third-party video players. Fonts, images, and videos are served by our website.
When you visit, hosting infrastructure processes information necessary to deliver the site, including your IP address, requested URL, and browser connection details. Infrastructure and security logs may contain technical information when needed to operate, troubleshoot, or protect the service. The marketing pages do not ask for financial, location, or family records. The separate web app workspaces store the records you choose to enter.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and handle your request. Please send only what is needed.
Relay, Assign, and Camp web accounts
Creating a web account stores your name, email sign-in identifier, a password hash, and a hashed recovery code on our AWS server. A necessary HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out revokes that browser session; account recovery revokes all previous sessions. Email verification, welcome emails, and email password resets are not enabled. Keep your recovery code private.
Relay stores videos, clip details, messages, attachments, membership, and sharing choices. People you invite with a private link can access records allowed by their role and your sharing choices. A shared clip includes its existing conversation and attachments. Assign stores your private pilot schedules, officials, availability, and assignment changes; switching role previews does not share those records with another account. Camp stores camp setup, applications, camper profiles, résumés, schools, and schedules. Paid checkout is not enabled on this deployment.
These records are stored separately from the native apps and earlier hosted previews. No automatic migration or cross-platform sync is enabled. Records remain until removed through available controls or an operator-assisted request. Downloads and information already viewed by another member may remain with that person. Avoid uploading information you do not have permission to store or share.
3. Zebro Ledger
The app organizes records you provide, such as account names and balances, transactions, income, expenses, budgets, receipt attachments, and officiating assignments or payment status. The current app supports local records and sample data. Where enabled in a supported release, Apple account and iCloud features can store or share records through Apple’s services according to your choices. In Zebro Ledger, inviting someone to a shared workspace exposes the entire workspace, including accounts, balances, transactions, expenses, and receipts; there are no private subaccounts within that workspace.
Public bank linking is not currently available. A future supported bank connection would require your explicit connection flow and separate provider disclosures. This website does not collect bank login credentials. Manual records are not bank deposits and do not move funds.
4. Zebro Mile Tracker
The current app stores drive records locally on your device, including route coordinates, start and end locations, timestamps, distances, classifications, and any notes or place names you add. GPS and optional motion information help record drives. Automatic tracking requires the appropriate permissions and may use location while the app is in the background.
You can choose manual entry or recording, change permissions in device Settings, and review or delete records in the app. Maps and place lookups may use Apple services. Exporting a PDF or CSV sends the selected information to the destination you choose; that destination has its own privacy practices.
5. Zebro Family
The app stores family and child profiles, care dates, care notes, locations, agreed pay, accepted dates, and recorded payment information that you enter. Include only the information the people arranging care need. Sample-family data is separate from personal family records.
Private iCloud invitations and family sharing are being prepared for release. When supported and enabled, shared family information is available to the people you invite or the family you join. A participant may retain information they already viewed or exported. Apple Account identifiers can be used to associate actions with family members.
Reminders use the device’s notification system. Calendar export creates an .ics file containing the event details you choose to export. Zebro Family records payments made outside the app and does not process them.
Optional app notifications
Remote push notifications are being prepared and are not currently sending. If you later enable them in a supported app, our notification service will store an Apple device token, an app installation identifier, an opaque account identifier, your permission state, and registration timestamps so it can address notifications to your device. This registration is separate from browsing this website.
Notification templates contain general reminders and opaque record identifiers. They do not include account balances, bank credentials, trip routes, child names, or care notes. Apple processes the device token and notification payload to deliver enabled notifications. You can disable notifications in device Settings; supported app sign-out and deletion controls unregister the installation.
Inactive registrations expire after 180 days without refresh. Expired enrollment tickets are removed during routine cleanup. Notification records are normally removed after 30 days, with scheduled records retained until their expiry when that is later. Account revocation removes the associated registrations and notification records from the active notification database.
7. Your choices and retention
Review and edit the records you enter, use available deletion and export controls, and manage app permissions in device Settings. Local app records remain until you remove them or the app’s stored data. iCloud records, shared copies, device backups, and exported files may remain separately and must be managed in their respective locations.
We keep support correspondence only as needed to answer requests, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or security obligations. Available privacy rights depend on where you live and may include access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Requests may require reasonable identity verification; we cannot access records held only on your device.
8. Children’s information
The website and apps are intended for adults. Zebro Family lets adults organize care and enter limited information about children in their care; it is not intended for children to create accounts or provide information directly. Adults are responsible for having appropriate authority to enter and share that information.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive details. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
9. Updates and contact
We will update this page when our products or practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be explained through the relevant service where appropriate.
Our public support contact will be listed on the support page before the apps are released. The app previews are not currently offered for public download.
